Honey Pannacotta
Ingredients- for 8
600ml cream
210ml milk
75g honey
40g sugar
3/4 to 1 split vanilla beans
4.5 gelatine leaves
fresh berries to serve
Method:
Soak gelatine in cold water.
Heat cream, milk, honey, sugar, vanilla beans until hot, but do not boil. Remove from the heat.
Squeeze the water from the gelatine and stir into the hot cream.
Strain the mix through a fine seive and pour into lightly greased mounds.
Place in the fridge to set for at least 5 hours.
Turn onto a plate and serve with fresh berries.
Note:
I found it is best to use gelatine leaves. It is more silky and wably.
You can make this day before.
You can also serve with your favorite fruits or nuts, so on.
